Directions and Parking
DIRECTIONS
The firm is located at 920 2nd Avenue South, Suite 1540, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55402. The firm's office is on the 15th floor of the International Centre in downtown Minneapolis, which is connected to the same interior plaza as the Oracle Center and the AT&T Tower. The street entrance is on the corner of 10th Street and 2nd Avenue South. It is right next to a large red awning for Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. If you come from the skyway, the elevator banks for the different buildings off the plaza are labeled. The International Centre elevators are next to Cafe Patteen coffee shop, and there is a directory on the wall by the elevators labeled International Centre. If you are taking the skyway from the Hilton Hotel, the International Centre elevators are on your right just after you pass Lindskoog flower shop and a set of escalators going down.
PARKING
The best parking option is the Leamington Ramp on 10th Street between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue. The ramp is on the right side of 10th Street as you follow the one-way traffic. This ramp is almost as cheap as using a meter, without the hassle of coins or potentially running out of time. The ramp charges $2.00 for the first half-hour and $1.00 for each half-hour after that. You can pay with cash or a credit card. In comparison, meters along 10th Street are $2.00 per hour. If you park in the Leamington Ramp, you can take the 2nd Avenue skyway to the Hilton Hotel and then turn right to take the skyway to the International Centre.
If you park at a meter, be aware that meters with red paint around the top half are no parking zones between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. and your car will be ticketed and towed during those times even if you paid the meter. Meters with yellow paint around the top half are limited to 15 minutes only. Meters without colored paint are limited to 2 hours and you will be ticketed after 2 hours even if you have paid for more time. You will see yellow signs that say there is a four hour time limit for handicapped parking at meters and a permit is required. That does not mean those meters are only for handicapped parking; it only means that if you want to park for longer than 2 hours you need a handicapped permit.

I will be glad to handle your case if we can sign a contract together, but it is important that you understand that simply sending the firm an e-mail does not make me your attorney and does not mean I am working on your case.
